So we've been getting a lot of emails recently saying "anemia???????what is that?????" so we decided to answer all your questions!!!
What is anemia?
Lack of red blood cells in the body which causes the transportation of oxygen to be extremely slow
What are the symptoms?
1) Easy fatigue and loss of energy
2) Unusually rapid heart beat, particularly with exercise
3) Shortness of breath and headache, particularly with exercise

Cause of anemia?
Caused by 3 different main causes:
Blood loss (chronic bleeding) - slow prolonged bleeding. Caused by gastrointestinal conditions such as ulcers, use of drugs such as asprin and cancer and excessive menstrual bleeding.
Destruction of red blood cells and decreased red blood cell production - Red blood cells may not function properly. Sickle cell anemia (genetic defect), iron-deficiency anemia (cannot produce enough haemoglobin), vitamin deficiency, bone marrow and stem cell problems (lack of stem cells).
